Clinic POLICY

All appointments are on a referral basis (meaning that they need to be referred by another doctor or a nurse practitioner) only and all appointments are pre-scheduled.

We do not tolerate yelling or swearing at our staff or physical abuse towards our staff.

We do not allow patients to record appointments without informing us/asking us first.

We do not tolerate patients gossiping about complaining about or bad mouthing their other doctors (they should talk to the doctors directly about the concerns that they have).
