APPOINTMENTS
All appointments require advance scheduling and a referral from a physician or nurse practitioner. Please bring your current health card to every visit. If you cannot present it, you may need to reschedule or pay for services if you lack Canadian coverage. If you have questions, contact our office before your appointment.

Respectful Conduct Toward Staff
We ask that all interactions with our staff remain respectful. Please refrain from yelling, using offensive language, or any form of physical aggression. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, kind environment for everyone.

Recording Policy
We would prefer that patients tell us if they wish to record our interaction. As an alternative, we can provide a printed summary of the appointment upon request.

Professional Communication About Other Providers
We kindly ask that patients refrain from discussing, criticizing, or speaking negatively about other healthcare providers while in our practice. If you have concerns about another provider’s care, please address them directly with that provider so they can be resolved appropriately. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
