GENERAL INFORMATION

  • We care for adults 17 and older, focusing on medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, liver disease, heart issues, thyroid disorders, and more.

  • We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8AM to 5PM via appointment only. We do not offer walk-in appointments. Your referring provider may contact us for an urgent appointment.

  • We don’t provide emergency care. If you’re dealing with an emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room.

Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled by contacting our office directly after we have received a referral letter. We strive see patients in a timely manner; your referring provider may call to schedule an urgent appointment if they think that it is necessary.

  • Please call our office as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice.

  • We occasionally offer telehealth visits in certain circumstances. (ie. patients that have to travel several hours to get to Regina or incumbent weather.)

Patient Resources

  • You can get your medical records from our office. Please contact us to request them. You will need to sign a medical information release form and present your ID / Saskatchewan Health Card.

  • If Heidi AI was used to create your consultation note, you may ask for a summary of your visit on the day of the visit. If you have questions after your visit, please free to contact our office. Please not that Dr.Lwanga may not be available to answer the phone, but our staff will work with Dr. Lwanga to answer your questions.

Important Notices

  • Dr. Lwanga occasionally completes paperwork for uninsured services, including work place physicals, sick notes, or insurance forms. Please note that you may be charged a separate fee for these services.
